Menu & Ingredients
Each build-your-own poke restaurant's menu will have their own ingredients and style, but most will give you the choice of: a base, various proteins or poke, sauces, and toppings or seasonings. Visit them all to try it all!
Base
The choice of base usually includes:
White Rice
Brown Rice
Salad
Other variations include noodles and burrito wraps.
Poke/Protein
You get a choice of 1 to 3 or more scoops of the following poke:
Salmon
Tuna
Shrimp
Some restaurants also have unagi (eel), octopus, other types of fish, and more!
Sauce
The sauce makes it all come together. Some like to mix 2 or more sauces, so experiment!

Toppings/Seasonings
Add some or all of the toppings!
